Quick Answers for Common Questions

How long is the loan for?

Your loan is for 30 days.  At the end of the 30 days you can pay the amount loaned plus the finance charge to pick up your merchandise or you can pay the finance charge to renew your loan for another 30 days.

What if I can't pay for the loan?

No problem! A pawn loan is a nonrecourse loan which means there are no legal consequences if the loan is not repaid.  A customer may choose to surrender their collateral as payment in full.

Why would someone go to a pawnshop to get a loan instead of a bank or payday loan service?

We can offer customers a quick, convenient, and private way to borrow money.  Customers can get an immediate cash loan WITHOUT a credit check or impact to their credit report – unlike other lending institutions or payday loans.  Loans are based on the value of your collateral, not your credit rating or pay schedule.

How do I get a loan?

Getting a loan in the form of  instant cash is easy, convenient, and hassle-free  Step 1) Bring us items of value and a valid state ID; Step 2) We evaluate your items and come up with the highest loan amount we can offer you; Step 3) You leave with CASH in hand.

What must I bring if I need to pawn an item?

You will need a state issued photo ID (any state).  This is state law and there will be no exceptions.  You must be the owner of the property being pawned or sold.

How does a pawn loan work?

Pawn loans are for 30 days with a 30 day grace period.  If you are unable to redeem your item, you can always renew the pawn loan by paying the monthly interest.  This will allow you another 30 days.  You are NOT required to repay the loan if you choose not to.

What items can I pawn?

Typical items we loan money on include: Jewelry (including all broke jewelry and scrap gold of any type), firearms, electronics, LCD TV’s, musical instruments, laptops, tablets, game systems, good quality tools, microwaves, air conditioners, lawn mowers, weed eaters and more.

How is the value of a pawn item determined?

We evaluate your items based on their condition and resell market value to loan you the most money we can.  All items are tested and inspected to ensure quality.

What happens if a customer doesn’t come back to redeem their item?

No problem.  Pawn loans are non-recourse loans.  Meaning the customer does NOT have to repay the loan.  The pawnbroker can not report non-payment to a credit bureau.

Can I sell my item instead of pawning it?

Yes. We will purchase items of value if you do not want to get a pawn loan.

Can you give a quote on an item over the phone?

We will be happy to talk to you, however, we cannot give quotes over the phone as we need to see the item to make an offer.  Loan amounts vary greatly depending on the age and condition of the item.  The newer and better condition your item is the more money we can loan.
